This is not a commercial storefront.
Please look for the lush greenery and wrought iron fence in this more industrial part of town.
This is NOT walking distance from BART.

Directions from Bay Bridge
· Take ramp onto US-101 S toward OAKLAND (I-80 E)/SAN JOSE - go 0.7 mi
· Take the BAY BRIDGE/OAKLAND Left exit onto I-80 E - go 7.4 mi
· Take the HAYWARD-STOCKTON (CA-24) exit onto I-580 E - go 1.1 mi
· Take the MACARTHUR BLVD/SAN PABLO AVE
· Left exit toward SAN PABLO AVENUE - go 0.3 mi
· Turn Right on WATTS ST
· Turn Right on PERALTA ST - go 0.3 mi
· Bear Right on 32ND ST - go 0.2 mi

The intercom code is 306, same as our suite.
We are on the 3rd floor, to the left of the elevator as you are getting out.
From San Francisco, and points north
· Bay Bridge
· I880 South, towards Alameda, San Jose
· Exit 23rd Ave, Alameda
· Merge onto Kennedy Street. Stay on Kennedy.
· Turn Left at the first light on E. 7th Street
· Turn Left on 23rd Ave. (This is just a 1 block street) This is the overpass. Stay in the right lane.
· Turn Right on E. 11th Street, follow the signs to the Cotton Mill Studios
· Turn Left on Calcot Place, and proceed under the underpass, this will put you in front of a large brick building.
From Alameda
· Go over the Park Street Bridge, towards 880 North
· Stay in the right lane and go straight past the 880 North entrance
· Turn Right on E. 11th Street, follow the signs to the Cotton Mill Studios
· Turn Left on Calcot Place, and proceed under the underpass, this will put you in front of a large brick building.
From the south
· I880 North
· Exit 23rd Ave
· Stay straight onto 23rd Ave overpass
· Turn Right on E. 11th Street, follow the signs to the Cotton Mill Studios
· Turn Left on Calcot Place, and proceed under the underpass, this will put you in front of a large brick building.
From BART
· The closest station is Fruitvale, and we are approximately 10 blocks away.
· It is a confusing walk unless you know the area, and there is no bus that we can recommend, although a cab is easy.
Slinky Loft
Please note that our building has a sign that reads 1917 whcih is the year it was made, not the address.

You can check the schedule of classes or call the office at 510-465-7607 10AM-7PM PST.
It is sometimes not possible to reach the office on weekends.
