Come learn some fun sexy moves you can do without getting out of your chair, sofa or loveseat. Discover how a floor can be the only prop you need to perform a slinky dance anywhere, anytime.

In this 4.5 hour intensive class, you will learn how to give a skilled lapdance and perform a sensual floorshow. This class requires no particular skills or upper body strength, but it will be an enjoyable and exciting workout. Geared towards beginner and intermediate students and is a great follow-up to the Intro to Exotic Dance Workshop.

What is the Floorshow?

Floorshow (also know as floorwork) uses the floor surface to do a variety of slow moves on the back, belly and knees. Floorwork involves slow crawling and sensual yoga-esque moves. It is very seductive and can be integrated with pole dancing, lapdancing and other parts of Exotic Dance.

What is a Lapdance?

Lapdancing is a playful sensual exchange between consenting adults that can range from mild to scorching in flavor. It can include a lot, a little or no contact. You will learn everything you need to offer your own tantalizing experience to that lucky partner(s). All the moves can be down by man or woman, but lapdancing moves are more commonly feminine in nature.

We will demonstrate numerous lapdance techniques that will string together. We have divided them into 5 categories:
